Locate turbo serial numbers

Default Locate turbo serial numbers
I have a 2001 S4 with two KO4 turbos. Is it possible to see the serial numbers / model numbers without removing them?

have you tried looking with your eyes? you need to pop the hood then figure out where the turbos are, the sn/mn will be on a metal tag thats attached to the housing.

Yea but I think you have to drop the motor to get at them since they are in the wayy back. If you crawl up over your motor and look down in the back you may be able to see them but don't quote me on that.
