Default little question

i am talking to this guy who is selling one piece valeo senon s4 lights and he told me that they came with auto leveling feature, would this be a problem for me if i am switching from TWO piece to the one piece that he is selling? also he told me that wetsanding will be needed and he might do it before sends them out, how much should i offer for those lights? one last question, he also has stock bulbs with ballasts but isnt sure if he will be including them, is there a lot of difference between stock hid and ddm tuning 35w 6000k? i dont know if i should just get the DDM ones.

I believe OEM xenons are closer to 4300k, so the ddm kit would be a bit more blue. new Valeo's are $800+, so if these are in decent shape he's gonna want a pretty penny for them. I'd try to low ball first though and see what happens

some other guy also offered me oem projectors for $170, but could you guys clarify if lights with auto leveling would still work no problem without any modifications on my pre facelift?

Well to fit the 1-piece lights at all you're going to have to trim the fenders. Beyond that, I'm fairly certain the auto-leveling feature is self contained.

I think the auto leveling feature has a lever arm that bolts to the control arm in the wheelwell (saw this on a car and that's all that made sense). I think it uses a reading from that to determine where to level the lights. On a prefacelift, just ignore the autoleveler setup and bolt the lights in.
