Default Limp mode potential bad ecu

So past winter i have been chasing down my "limp mode" testing sensors running logs on vag, and everything would always check out but my car would run slow ( 4-10lbs more consistently 8-10lbs). I have swapped out parts (n75, throttle bodies, map sensors, maf sensors, front 02 sensor) and have not fixed the issue. Now my car drives fine idles fine but when you try to get on it, it seems to hold back. So i finally got in touch with a local guy who tunes vags and works on them day in and day out, what we found was strange. So ecu was tuned and rear 02 and sai pump coded out, I was pulling codes for both these items. Erased codes went for a run came back turned car off turned back on and bank 1 sensor 2 rear heater code came out (shouldn't this be part of the code out?) as well as a abs malfunction that seems to come back on immediately after erased. (I can get all code numbers if needed).

Our thoughts here are potentially the ecu has malfunctioned bringing it back to stock mode but still has some of the tune written (still have launch control). The reflash is a reflect tuning done by compressed and was running solid up until about nov. I have pmed him directly as well with what he thinks but seeing if anyone has ever noticed a tuned ecu doing anything like this before?
