Default Let's talk about nipples

No not those kind...the kind that are on my NEW diverter valve, but aren't on my OEM one. WTF??

How do I hook this up??

The new one I have is an ebay one, similar to the Forge.

The factory one looks like this.

Am I supposed to hook in to the vacuum line that goes to the intake plenum?

Also, how do you FIT this thing into the rubber hoses? The diameter of the inlet and outlet from the DV are MUCH larger than the stock DV.

this is not your diverter valve. that is your pancake valve which goes to the crankcase rebreather tube. the DV is lower, get under the car and look up and you will see it.

Me = dumba$$

Thanks for that info. The pancake valve still was separated. I've temporarily fixed it with some epoxy.

Well, that kinda sucked. The install went without a hitch, but I noticed no difference in performance.

Turbo still seems to be lagging quite a bit....from a 60MPH punch though, it's strong.

You wont notice a WHOLE lot until you get chipped and get an intake. The intake will make it louder, and its a must if you get chipped and push more boost through it.

he still won't notice a difference even with a chip. it just gets louder with an intake and chip. a dv won't add any power.

It will just hold the boost better. I put the baileys dv from awe in mine (a lot more expensive than this) and i felt it punch into 2nd harder. But it is something you NEED to get if you chip. thats what i was getting at. It doesnt add any actual power though.

This is mine
