Not Rollin' Over
Not rollin' over at all, just not the keyboard warrior type, nor have any need to try to throw trash at someone over the internet.
I do all of the work on my car myself, minus pulling nails out of and plugging my tires. This isn't the only gripe I've had with Schwab, just kind of the final tic that's pissed me off. It's a local company for me, and I try to stick with those if possible, but they've fallen a long way and I won't do business with them any longer. It's not worth my time to stop by the store and spend twenty minutes arguing with the manager over a five dollar part.
Mr. Phil, I believe you should probably watch what you type. The Jew comment is way out of line, and momma talkin' on people you've never met shows a serious immaturity I hope you can grow out of.
And Mr. Phil, the attached image is of me doing what I do for a living, I'm no keyboard warrior.

Don't feed the trolls.
I dunno I'm kind of on the fence about the whole oil change place thing. I HAVE had extremely good service from very knowledgeable people at quick change joints. I lived out of a hotel in Chicago for 6 months while on a project, so I took my car to a quick-lube place a couple times while i was there. Couldn't have been happier. The guy workin there drove a Saab 93 Aero, so he knew about European cars, and could tell that I wasn't a dipshit and that i took care of my car so he didn't try to sell me windshield wipers and blinker fluid. That said, its obvious that places like that aren't the norm.
