legal problems need advice (almost hit someone with car)

so just an update, being a week since the incident I recieved a non traffic citation for Harrassment. I think the cop lied to my face when he said about the camera. just for kicks here is what the summons says,
"Hit Victim [Name Withheld] with his vehicle, silver Audi by reversing into him while [name] was behind said vehicle, in doing so, [name] started hl (WTF?) had to jump on the trunk when in turn hurt his knee"
so what the hell I am pleading not guilty, we are going to go in front of the same judge that sentenced this ****** for threatening my life (harassment), punching my friend in the face (harassment and disorderly conduct) and harassing my girlfriend over the phone ( another harassment charge). this should be interesting....
