Default Leaky gasket?

I recently seafoamed my car and when I did it I noticed what appeared to be liquid around the turbo to exhaust manifold gasket. I have had some low boost problems which I thought may be the dv but could this be the problem?? I do not normally see any liquid or stains around that gasket area it was just this one time.

That gasket is known to blow easy. Just remove the manifold bolts and slide the gasket out and then reinstall the bolts and you should be good.

so you really dont need this gasket? Sounds kinda odd. Would this blown gasket cause a whine noise from the turbo?
