kickin *** at six grand?
so every thread i have read about turbos say that the stock k03 doesnt really have much pull past five grand or so. well i guess mine does cause i had it floored today, shifted to second, and kept it floored. i felt the turbo start pulling less at about five and when i got it to 6 grand something amazing happened. it started to pull harder to redline (i shifted before the rev limiter). my question is this: obviously my k03 isnt different from anybody elses so what would cause this? a bad n75? i have no idea

theres still power there past five. when I look at my boost guage it reads about 7psi tops, at about 5500 RPM its down to 5psi, at 6000 RPM its at like 4psi. Engine sucks more air than that lil guy can pump.
But its lagless, so thats a great thing.

you only need to wire it if you want it to light up. theres a + and - wire, when you take off your knee bolster you will see where they connect. only other thing you need to do is run a vac line from the engine bay to the cabin.

yea its a simple simple install.. routing the boost hose was the hardest most PITA part.. everything else is real simple.. by the way, when the car is off my needle sits one line below even.. can be recalibrated right?
