Buy a blank from ebay, have it laser cut (tough to find a place that does it), program the new one with the old one. Cheaper? Yes. Easier? No.

Note that some dealers won't cut some eBay keys as they claim it will destroy their machines.

Just order the key through either the Audi Dealership or an Audi certified shop and program it yourself. Should only run you about $100-ish.

Do you want the key or the freaking fob? Im lost. I just bought a new key and fob from here http://www.keylessride.com/ had my dealer cut the key and programmed it myself. Works like a charm.
