Thats what i thought also and it was only going to be an Avant because the New RS5 was the sedan and they didnt want to take sales away from that? I saw this and posted figured if all it can do is help. I have been seeing the new TTRS around tho thats a hot car

Gotcha. The A5/S5/RS5 really messed **** up. Don't get me wrong having a powerful coupe line is important, but everyone was used to an M and AMG fighter in the 4 door variety.
Personally I do not mind that it may be wagon only, especially since we never got the badass RS6 wagon.....I'm sorry avant.

You are right, why go the RS5 route when for maybe a few thousand more, you get a real 2-door sports car. I mean the RS5 would be nice as a grand tourer, and to fit 2 bags in the back (or kids), but performance wise, i'd rather go with the 4.2 R8.

4.2?!?!?!?! Childs play my friend why half *** the R8?
5.2 V10 is more like it lol
i think the price was at 95-115? euors pounds w/e british money
too much for the same engine in every other audi in the past few years. serioulsy when are we seeing a new engine i like the inline 5 being brought back in the ttrs. i liek the creativitiy

Just IMO, but the A5/S5 doesn't make much sense to me. When I see a front engine two door coupe I expect it to be RWD.
I'd much rather see the RS4 come back in sedan AND Avant form. AWD with a N/A V8. ~500hp sounds good.
