From the factory, that relay prevents you from having your fog lights turned on unless the headlights are also on. By re-wiring it like Keegan did, you can run parking lights and fog lights, which some people prefer to run during the day or times when its not quite dark enough to warrant headlights. The advantage to re-wiring the relay instead of just rigging the fog lights up to be powered by the 12v source from the parking lights is that it prevents you from accidentally leaving them on when you turn the car off

oooh,well aint that something.

To be honest fellas,i almost never turn on my fog lights,i just never needed too. I see others running them without any fog

I guess its a fashion statement of some sort,i guess it looks a little bad *** with all your front light lite.

Well the fog light bulbs are just H7, so you can buy those online in all kinds of different colors. I'd try eBay or Amazon for that.

As for the angle eyes, which part of them are you trying to change? A pic for reference would help

Ahh gotcha. Are those HID's or regular halogens? In either case, you could probably find bulbs on eBay or Amazon. I'd stay away from ECS for HID bulbs, a new pair of 4300k's is like $150
