The stock FPR is 4 bar. Down side to going with a 5 bar is it causes the fuel pump to flow less fuel.

PC 16 needs an upgraded intercooler because it pushes the K04-15 at high boost levels which means the turbo is going to be pushing out air at very high temps. High flowing exhaust should also be used.

Fact is that a upgraded intercooler should be used even on a standard K04-15 setup or even on a chipped K03. Even a chipped K03 is going to have air coming out of it that is very high in temps. The stock SMIC was really designed for low boost like the stock tune runs.
