okay so I paid like $1400 to get my new motor installed to breath life back into my car. It lives but it runs like shiznit. Sounds like a lawnmower. Plus the genius that installed the motor didn't put the clip on the coolant temp sensor on the back of the block so it shot out and shot coolant everywhere. Not to mention that I found a vac line with a screw in the end becasue he didn't know where it went. I was furious. so I got the coolant temp sensor fixed. But I took it to Audi to make sure everything else was okay. The dumb *** mechanic didn't replace any gaskets. Anyways gaskets bad, o2 sensor bad, air jet bad. All said and done another $1200 will be required to get it running 100%. I just paid for a $2600 motor swap. Did someone slip a roofie in my drink.,....why does my *** hurt? My car is lucky I love, had it been anything else......SCRAPPED!!!!!!! haha

 

dude that a string of bad luck, go back to that mechanic and tell him to get it right. stand behind him and breath down his neck need be.

 

dude, for the last 6 months it seems that all i have heard is that your car took a **** and bad stuff keeps hapening...

you must have another car?...or alot of bus tokens....

to me this sounds like a sign, maybe it is time to remove all mods, and sell, and then start all over again...


with the # you have been spending you could prolly have put your car as a down payment and with the other $ for maintenance and repairs and whatnot driven off the lot with a b5 S4....I think i remember your car being tiptronic right?...maybe I am thiking about someone elses?...

 

yeah its tip. And for sure the car is bleeding me out. But I love it. I am done modding it. once I get it running good again its staying where its at. Just cosmetics after that. It wasn't too bad till the motor blew. Installing the new motor has been the nightmare, not the car.

 

you have had some sh!tty luck recently. and a lot of wasted money. i would go back to the builder and demand a partial refund. what he did was bullsh!t
