Maybe but sounds an awful lot like my car w/ just a Magnaflow muffler and stock resonator maybe a little louder. Doesn't need a lot of hp to do that on slippery ground. Although the rims do look like S4 rims.

It has the S4 trim (silver lowers, no black) and the rims which is why I thought it was an A4. It looks like it has aftermarket headlights so maybe he could of painted his lowers if its an A4.....dunno
