Its hard to get 250fwhp with a ko4, let alone awhp. 210-220awhp is more realistic.

His tube manifold and 22-23psi should get him ~300AWHP. With more boost 350awhp is obtainable, easier if he swaps to a .63 housing.

 

i know it takes alot more then just the turbo. So what would one need to spend for all the supporting part. I can do the work myself, I have the means.

So the T3/T4 isnt that much bigger then a ko4 compared to a garret gt, but still delivers more power.

when i get my next bonus check, i am getting a new paint job and cf hood or new turbo and supporting mods.

 

ko4-15 rated 220hp
t3t4 50trim rated 475hp

both with make more than that. A basic 50trim kit is $2700-3200 depending on parts used. You will need all the stuff he listed above.

Basically you will be looking at

~$3K for the kit with sw and fueling
$100 for a fuel pump if it doesnt come with one
$800-1400 for clutch and install (depending if you can do it yourself or not)
fmic $400-1k depending on how nice of one you get.
