Default junkyards?

Curious, How many people are junkyard regulars? If there are enough there should be a thread where people post parts they need and what they are willing to pay and if your going that day give the list a look and come home with good parts for you and your friends. Not even sure if its worth thr troubles so this is a feeler. I know the 5 big ones in MD have a ton of cars, always something special, so could possibly be a help to many people.

YAY ! IM actually going monday to a few. I figures if people post what they want to pay for it the "scavenger" can decide if its worth it themselves. Plus every junkyard is unique, i have seen crazy **** up where i am, plenty of rare JDM cars and other hard to find bits.

I do too. We get enough interest and posts and I'll sticky this. I hit the yards pretty often and our local place usually has several cars at any time.

Part outs would work as well. one came up recently not too far from where I live for a 99.5 1.8T. I suggest whenever someone hits up a part out, they can post up as well.

Should always grab any of the common failure parts you see if cheap enough also.

i actually know of 3 that are euro specific in Minnesota, good amount of our car mostly pre-facelift tho.

its a matter of when im able to get out to them, however, when i am able to, i work next to a UPS store

i could find more closer to me, but those are the once closer to my dads property with the huge garage =P
