important question
ok so recently i decided to keep my b5 and make it my project car. i fixed everything that was wrong with it including a new clutch that i put and other problems it had. as of now it is running smooth and back up on its wheels not to say feet.
my question is i was going to invest in chipping my car this would give me about 205 hp and 215lb tq which will make a huge difference, now is it worth it to put so much stress on the engine and on the stock turbo on my car that already has a dreaded 112k miles.
will chipping it shorten the life of my engine and harm it in the long run?
and if it worth to chip it what should i do to prevent engine damage because of the stress that comes with tuning a turbo engine
