Default Im thinking about buyin

Hey guys I found this an a4 2001 with 108k miles for 4450 online today. I went to check it out, and it seemed to run fine. He said that, the last person changed the timing belt and water pump.

there were some minor problems:
-driver seat tear
-center console is kind of broken
-the drink holder doesn't deploy
-some fading in the door handles.
-The body has some dings, nothing major.
-ugly aftermarket lights.
-the led screen in the middle of the speedometer and rpm is fading.

I ran a car fax on it,
and it said that the car was in a couple accidents. but were only moderate to minor accidents.

all in all the car runs fine just some cosmetic problems. Do you guys think it's a good buy? or is it to good to be true?

IMO those are all minor problems that can be easily lived with or attended to. I think for that price, year, and super super low mileage, that's a good deal. I could be wrong, I have before, but really I think that's a steal. If you want to really be on the safe side, have a certified Audi mechanic aka dealership mechanic take a look at it and verify that those are the only problems.

Try to get records of the timing belt and water pump, or assume it wasn't done. Get him to go $1000 less or get a mechanic to inspect the belt.

Shouldn't be hard to notice if it has a new timing belt on it, plus you would most likely want to change it out again at 120k since the belts should be done every 60k miles.
