Default Ignition/seized steering wheel issue

alright guys...gots me a problem. Bought a 97 audi 5 spd A4 quattro 4 days ago, ran great...the key stuck a little bit but no big deal, it was a great buy and all so now i own the car. Took it to the audi dealership today to get the radio code pulled cause the seller lost it, no biggie. Anyway they replaced the "ignition electronics" because there was an open recall on that part of the car, so no cost to me its supposedly fixed.

My car is now in the parking lot steering wheel locked(wheels straight), when i turn the headlights on they flicker out, the "ding ding" sound when the keys in and door open gives a retarded sounds and dies completely... lets see...I started and stopped it 3 different times since driving it from the dealership, and now its unstartable.

Answers to the problem? is it quite obvious that they messed up the ignition electronics when they reinstalled it or was there another problem lurking that i didn't catch when i bought it.... thanks dudes

yeah they obviously messed your car up. call them and tell them they have to come tow it and fix it. if they refuse, call AOA and they'll hook you up
