Anyway, yes you can fit 4 18's in the Audi. I've fitted 4 wide 19's before. Just fold down the rear seats and use the whole space. It might require some "Tetris" skills but they should all fit in there.

I always forget you can put down the seats haha. I can hear the tetris theme song in my head as I picture you shoving 19" in your car haha.
