Transmission is Manual
but the car has an coolant leak and check engine light.

No offense, but no one can make a comment worth listening to. There are hundreds (thousands?) of codes for a CEL. No one knows where the coolant leak is, or if it's really a leak versus head gasket/oil cooler kind of stuff. There's really no information about the symptoms here.

Run the other direction rapidly. This car is a mess even if it didn't have a CEL and coolant leak. Ask yourself why it's for sale. Lots of good Audis out there. Keep looking. Non-modified would be the best route. Good luck.
