Default How tight should the lower control arm be torqued?

I just changed my rear wheel bearings (rather, had a shop press them for me), but I'm putting everything back together now, and don't know how tight to torque the lower control arms.

Both articles on AW don't mention how tight the lower ones should be, and I can't find much on here either.

Anybody got a Bentley manual?

I'm sure there is a torque for them but I did rear wheel bearing friday and my front lower control arms today and didnt torque any of them. I wouldnt worry about it too much since you need an alignment now and they will do it for you.
