how to replace tail lights?

You're probably going to laugh at how easy it is after you finish.
I have facelift euro tails on my prefacelift and all had to do was this little mod...

It takes a bit of effort to get the pins to come out, but second one shouldn't take more than 10 minutes.

Alright, so I installed one of the tail lights, and its giving me problems.
First, i might need to mention that the lights didn't come with a reverse light bulb. i took one from the lights that I already had and put it in the new light.
Anyway, when i put the car in reverse, nothing lights up at all, but when i turn the blinker on, both the reverse light and the blinker are blinking! how do i work with that?
would it make a difference if only one light was in? I didn't try it with both lights.

I tried both tail lights installed, and something different did happen
When i went in reverse, the blinker light lit up
when i turned my blinker on, the reverse light blinked.
im assuming that means i need to switch some wires. But they look like they are melted into place or something, take a look.

That picture is of the LED's plug.
You need to change the plugs on the Audi's loom plug, not on the LED's plug.
The Mod link that Nick posted is for the Audi loom plug.
Either that, or you cut & solder the wires on the LED lights side. If you don't want to alter the factory plug, that's your only alternative - and if your confident with a soldering iron & wiring shrink wrap, it's pretty simple to do.
All you need to do is identify the Earth/Brake/Fog/Reverse/Indicator wires - a multimeter or test light is perfect for the job - on each plug & alter one side or the other to suit.
The loom wires on both sides of the car should be colour coded the same, with the indicators being the only different colour (from side to side), so once you identified the colours on one side of the car, it should be relatively simple to identify them on the other side.
