The N75 will have a harness(wires cable) connected to it and have 3 nipples(different lengths) on it. If there is no N75 valve in the car then there is your problem because without one the ECU will basically put the car into a limp mode(very low boost).

Are you saying you connected the 2 vac lines together?

I don't mean to be rude, but could you please try to write your posts more...legibly. When you do not use punctuation and "dis" and "dat", it makes it very hard for us to understand what you are trying to tell us. If you are running a boost controller and your N75 is plugged into your intake, this is a recommendation on how to run it.
1. Loop your N75. What I mean by that is take a piece of vacuum line and connect the
two nipples on the n75 with that vacuum line, making a "loop".
2. Attach a piece of vacuum line to your waste gate.
3. Attach a piece of vacuum line to your turbo
4. Connect those two vacuum lines with the wastegate. Ensure that your wastegate is
flowing the air in the right direction. Most wastegates have an arrow pointing the
direction.
5. Adjust the wastegate to desired psi. If you do NOT have a chip or diode mod, then
do not go above 12 psi. Reason being is that you will run the risk of putting your car
in "limp" mod which is basically a safe mode for your car and defaults you to about 3
psi.
I hope this can clear up any questions you have about how your MBC should be hooked up. There are other ways to run it but this is the way I have mine and it works just fine for me so hopefully it will do the same for you.

Attach the line from the turbo housing and the line from the wg actuator to the boost controller.
