I haven't had a chance to do a dyno yet. Maybe sometime in the Spring, perhaps.

I have the ECU that came with the kit, and it was tuned by PES. What i really need is fuel management; something like a PSC-001. I really don't have the VAG software to check my a/f ratio, but i'm pretty sure it could use a good tweaking.

I'm also not holding vacuum for some reason, and i have yet to figure out why. I checked my vacuum at the BPV, and it just bleeds off (yes vacuum lines are replaced). It could be that my diaphragm inside the BPV is bad, but i'm not sure how to take it apart to check.

Once i get those things addressed, and once i get my FMIC and smaller pulley installed, i'll take it to get a dyno

 

Devil, dont meen to sound like a dick but thats deff not correct about the RODS. The 2.8L 30V actually uses the same rods as the 2.7TT. They are actually the one thing that does not need to be replaced in an engine rebuild. It is the Pistons that fail due to high heat from raised boost levels. They melt @ 12psi of boost.

Effort, i cant wait to see a dyno man. That would be awsome. Your not intercooled right? Im tryen to guess what you will put out compared to 4Rings on his boost levels. God Bless man, your so lucky to find a good G1 Setup!

PES G2 = 295bhp , 210awhp , 235fwhp , round about.

scaudi.com has supercharged members trying out an intercooled G2 setup right now. Its tuff to get to work. lol

It's 190chp stock.... I wouldn't say anything above 240whp w/ G2. Also quattro pulls more like 20-30% drivetrain loss
