how do i tell if i have a 1999.5?
So, i made a thread a few weeks ago about being new to the family... fortunately (in hindsight) that car was sold out from under me and i picked up exactly what i wanted (for only a little bit more)
black on black 2.8 quattro basically loaded. Now, it was listed as a 99, but I'm just curious what the diff between that and the 99.5 are. thanks guys.
ill post some pictures this weekend. also... what is the voltmeter and engine temp supposed to be running at? I am used to my bmw so I'm not sure what standard audi settings are yet
thanks a lot guys.

well tere are a few differences. i think thats when the 2-piece headlights were changed to one-piece projectors, and the tail lights were also changed (i think) along with the sidemarkers being clear. and idk i'll have to look it up...

well looks like she's a 1999.5
neat-o
and i asked about the gauges because i was concerned the voltmeter was higher than the middle, but i guess thats normal. it was the same in every a4 i drove. and the engine temp keeps rocking between halfway between cold and normal and normal. my buddy with a TT said the same thing happened to him and a new thermostat stopped it.
