I didn't say you DO have junk bulbs. I said maybe. Besides, bulbs lose brightness over time, especially bulbs that AREN'T 85122+ (the plus is important). The 85122+ - well, they're not perfect, but they lose less over time.

I don't know much about HID fog lights so I will not answer that one, other than saying you can probably find out about it at HIDplanet.

You can't get green capsules. But if you have D2s capsules then I recommend those 85122+ and I ordered mine from a site called "The Retrofit Source," but there might be cheaper sources. They are not cheap capsules, though, at around $100 for a pair. They are the brightest and longest lasting that I know of (3400 lumens). The Morimoto capsules they carry are supposedly pretty decent, too, but not as good as the OEM brands like Philips. Cheaper though. Will be a bit less bright and won't last as long.

On this forum many members used VVME in the past with good results.

Look at the chromacity diagram I linked before. Green is not on the curve in that. The only way it can be done is with paint. And then it wouldn't have a K rating.

So.. what do you recommenced for the headlight housing? Should I buy new ones (if so what ones?) or should I install projector bulbs into the stock ones?
