Horse power Question?

Default Horse power Question?

Does anyone know for a Fact on how much horsepower an AEB Engine can produce with proper modifications. I heared 400HP.

It's all about how thick your wallet is. 400hp is child's play.

That's the beauty of boost. In bigger applications, look at the Supras turning out well over 1000whp and running street-legal.

For longevity. The aftermarket has proven that a k03 will live fine at that level but Audi didn't know when they made it. They were warrantying the engine after all. Plus the 1.8T was never envisioned as a powerhouse by Audi, but rather as a less-expensive option to the V6, which back then was seen as the sporting model of the two.

Oops.

You can make 400chp on the stock 1.8t.
