hit a F&%$ing deer!
It was dead so it was on the ground and my car straddled it so it wasn't any cosmetic damage but my exhaust ripped apart at the flex pipe. The pipe has been giving me problems at the flex anyway so i guess its time to replace it. I was just wondering if hacking away the old flex pipe and welding on a new advanced auto regular flex pipe work? I want something that's not going to catch, id rather have a smoothing running pipe. Just want some input of what everyone else would do or have done i love my borla exhaust and i don't want to **** anything up but it would be much easier/cheaper to weld a cheep flex pipe in there.

wait a minute, you ran over a dead deer and your car is lowered like in your pic and it's ok? i do a little more searching under the car for damage man. i hope there really are none but i'd look just incase

Recently ripped off my flex pipe as well except I wasn't running over a dead bambi. I was on a jeep road fishing. All I did was cut the old one out and replace with a new $60 one from a muffler place. Works great

I just had my flex pipe break too. Mine's still the original pipe, so I just ordered a replacement section from ECS. I wish I could get a borla catback, but I dont have 800 bucks sittin around. I should have my new section here by the weekend.
