HID install. Before and after pictures!

Looks good, and I'm surprised the wiring etc... fit into the housing.
But please please please, Tripod.
Their cheap at walmart and work wonders!
And to get an even better shot, use a tripod and use the timer. That way
when you press the button to take the pic it's even less blurry.

i did this before work. I have a tripod, but this isnt that big of a deal that im going to use a tripod or timer. I use my D-SLR in point and shoot mode and im done with it. I was really hoping the wiring, ballast, igniter would fit into the house and i was SO happy that it did. thank god for slim ballasts! lol

Yeah I have an Xti for my dslr,
I figured nice crisp or atleast not blurry pics would be helpful to
others interested in the kit.
I plan on picking up some s5 style LED ecodes and a kit.
If these work out good for you I might get these.

Cmon, they really arent that blurry...you can see everything thats going on. I was doing work and just taking pictures quickly. I think they're as helpful as it's gonna get. If somebody can't figure out how to install a plug and play kit, they should just put their headlights back into the car lol

FINALLY had some time at night when it wasnt raining to go out and try to get some cutoff pics. It took me a bit of playing around with my camera to get shots that showed the cutoff. Not the best, but in person the cutoff is sharp and they light up the road beautifully! For some reason, it looks like the drivers side cutoff is better than the passenger side...
I also took some pictures of my newly installed boost gauge!

I just bought a hid kit for my 2000 A6, I have been having a hell of a time trying to figure out how to pull off the headlight. Now I see why thanks to your pics. I believe the 3rd screw/ bolt is why. Can i hit you up for some advice after i get the headlight off? I have never installed anything like this hid lighting before. Looks foolproof, but better safe than sorry.
