I can always smell when I'm behind someone running catless. Though since I usually drive my G8, I can choose to not be behind almost anyone whenever I feel like it, if there's passing room.

Beyond the people behind you, is there any other downsides to running a test pipe rather than a hfc?

-Test-pipe can't pass inspection, visual emissions, or sniff-test emissions
-The cheaper ones (less than $200) are usually poorly made and never fit right
-Constant battle with check engine lights and fouled downstream O2 sensor

Labree HFC has none of those disadvantages and will flow just as well as a 2.5" test-pipe.
