Here's a new one-A4 won't start
Advice from experianced people would be greatly appreciated!
I have a 99 1.8tqm that won't start. It turns over but won't start.
New parts recently installed in no particular order...
-fuel pump relay
-ignition switch
-icm
-fuel filter
The car is fully charged, I hear the fuel pump prime if I turn the key to the "on" position, it has gas. I've had the car for a few months and have been scouring these forums and still no luck. Thanks for reading!

Also, I can communicate with the ecu. One more thing, when I try to start it, I see absolutely no rpms. Could it be the crank position sensor? Shouldn't I see a little movement of the tach?
