Help with Adjusting Headlights
My headlights seem to be pointed down to the ground as I can only see 10-15 feet in front of me. It's actually very hard to drive at night.
I've tried turning the white ***** located on each headlight but I don't see any part of the light moving and the beam doesn't seem to move ether. What does each adjustment do? And why doesn't it seem to do anything? I looked in the manual but it didn't say anything.

The manual doesn't cover it. Daniel Stern does. You have VOR lenses, go here and he'll tell you how to aim them.

The two white hex (I think they are 8mm hex) adjusters do aim the beam. But they just move the reflector inside the headlight assembly so you won't see it much till you get it set up with the beams hitting a wall as Stern describes.
