Default Headlight Switch Repair Turns Terrible

So I decided that I was tired of having to flick the switch on my headlights for five minutes just to turn the headlights on, so I decided to follow the headlight repair DIY on AudiWorld, which worked fine, until I got in my car tonight and realized that my gauge lights and console lights weren't on, and after advisement from a friend of mine, my tail lights weren't on either. Any ideas?

I didn't mod any wires. I am going to go back in there to go back in there tomorrow and see if there are any wires that are disconnected...
