What headlights do you have? With a decent headlight, this won't be a problem.

Had a feeling you'd post something along those lines.

99-01 AUDI A4 / S4 B5 ECODE CHROME PROJECTOR HEADLIGHTS | eBay

Get those and your problem will disappear, along with the looks of people staring down your ricey headlights!

That uses H7, and I think the only way to get those to work would be to buy this.

Audi B5 A4 FWD V6 12v > Lighting > Headlights > ES#86 A4 European Headlight Wiring Harness - A4UROWIRINGKIT-A

Don't quote me on that, but this is what I used and a lot of others use to get those headlights to work with the preface A4 models.
