I have a few 01 A4 1.8t owners running REvo tuning and they dont have a problem with it. I also know plenty of B6 owners running Revo with the stock maf housings and they are all daily driving their cars without any issues.

Are you sure your not reading about the BAT files for the GT30r and larger turbos not the actual Revo tunes for the elims? Because there are way more 01+ Elim owners running Revo tuning then there are any other tune.

 

when making timing adjustments using the SPS, does it + or - throughout the whole RPM range like unisettings or does it give it a whole new map?

ok so i pulled the trigger last night. i ordered a gt2871r elim with unitronics. next week ill have my exhaust done before the turbo arrives. 3" mandrel bent turbo back with 3" test pipe install, flex section and magnaflow muffler for $500 sound good? Im not too sure how much these things are supposed to cost.

uh yeah thats a hell of a deal. flex sections usually cost $50 and a magnaflow muffler is $200 and 3" piping is hella spendy and install is spendy too - usually $250+...

one word of advice... MAKE SURE YOU GET A RESONATOR IF THAT MAGNAFLOW IS YOUR ONLY MUFFLER!!!!!!! you will want to kill yourself otherwise. ask me how i know.

ok so i just recieved the turbo and everything looks good. Im having my exhaust done on wed and ill be installing it in about a week or two. i just need to order the tip, maf, and fpr. Im going for the 630 BT UNI file. does anyone know what my stock fpr is? its an 01 a4 and is the first half of the 01's. and also what fpr i need for the file. UNI's website said 3 bar but i recall other places saying 4 bar so now im confused.

 

Your FPR is 4 bar, same as all the other A4 1.8t's that have the return fuel system.
