Starting to do my one peice mod on my car. Using a dremel... Does it usually take pretty long because I feel like I barely scratched the surface lol

A Dremel will take a LONG time. Get ahold of an air-powered grinder if at all possible. Makes life much better.

Take your time and check for fitment AS YOU GO.

When I used a Dremel, I spent a lot of time on the first side, making line cuts and checking for fitment. The second side was done in less than half the time because I knew how much needed to come off.

Yes, there is a piece of metal that needs to be removed when installing 1 piece headlights on a prefacelift B5.

Just be sure to wear safety goggles/ sun glasses... Also dont leave the cuts raw or youll get rust. And your dremel tool must suck cuz mine flew threw it in no time. Granted it looks like **** but they are scrap fenders anyhow, I bought facelift fenders from a partout so it would be right.

Did you guys need to adjust your headlight alignment, or where they pretty much set on the new unit?
