How did you come to that conclusion? I realize it says cam position sensor circuit malfunction, but there's not a specified bank. However, seeing as you have an entire bank misfiring, something like a CPS would certainly make sense. I'm thinking out loud here... sounds like you might be on the right track. I'd break out the DVOM and a wiring diagram before purchasing a sensor.

kind of going away from what everyone is saying but check your coil resistance... make sure they're good

I would definately disconnect your battery for like ten minutes then reconnect it. Then see which codes are actually a current problem. Go from there. Some of the codes could have been from the month before when you had your exhaust leak.

A quick way to check to see if you gas cap isn't causing the EVAP leak is to stick your nose by the fuel door and open it, if you can smell gas then the cap is the source of the EVAP leak. For the other codes just erase them and see if any of them comes back within the first two days. Changing a cam sensor won't do a damn thing, the code says it has a circuit malfunction but they NEVER have problems with the wiring, see if that fault code comes back.

I smell gas in my car after a B.K. run. Is that normal?

No really, I agree with AudiTech79. As I said above, check the wiring with a DVOM before purchasing a sensor. Or erase the DTCs and see if they come back.

.. go through and look for the small stuff.. Replace the sensor, the purge valve, and any vaccum line that looks in need of some help.. Then run the car for a little while and see if any codes come back.. If you say there is nothing running awkward then it can't hurt to go for a quick cruise around town even with inspection out.. Explain to the officer.. if the officer doesn't want to hear it explain to the judge.. shrug.. Or fix it.. clear all codes.. and if it doesn't throw codes in idle tow it to the shop and hope they don't take it for a road test.. lol
