Yeah, that's what sucks though. I can only adjust them up and down, not left and right. Oh well.

Rather than "fog" lights, these are driving lights. They have a very tight and narrow beam for lighting up long distances. Fog lamps should have a wide and short beam.

As others have mentioned, you will be blinding oncoming traffic. Driving lamps are made to be used much as the high beams, only when you are alone with nobody to blind. Aiming lower would reduce the light into the other driver's eyes, but will likely provide too much foreground light. If the foreground is too bright, it will severely reduce your distance vision as it constricts your pupils.
If you need more light from your headlights, you may want to consider retrofitting HID projectors to increase output.
