ok i just bought a giac "chip" off ebay, this is the chip only and was wondering who has done this, because mine doesn't come with the pins that attach to the board so i'm going to have to solder a a$$ ton of wire from the chip to the board major pita.

 

the gaic chip should fit right into a carrier that slides onto the ecu's pins. find a carrier.

 

yeah but i doesn't come with these "carrier" so where would i buy this part

i hope you didnt pay too much for that, unless you are good with micro soldering, this isnt exctly a diy thing

 

i have no problem soldering this guy, but i just don't want it flapping around in my case due too all the wire instead of legs. but if i could get the stands for it that would be ideal.
