Default Garret Turbo for 200 bucks!?!

Check this out. I'm not sure of the specs on this, but I'm sure it's worth more than 200 bucks. I don't need it, so I figured I'd post it up in case anyone else may be looking...

I can hear the turbine in your head spooling up now... I'm hoping someone who knows everything about turbos (Mike, you out there?) to stop by and possible be able to ID it based on the pics, and say whether or not it it's a good deal. Even if it has to be rebuilt, I still think it's a good deal. I could be way off though...

I'm guessing it's a T3 flange... but truthfully, I'm clueless when it comes to BT and all the specs and stuff.

.42 means it has a .42 a/r housing, but which housing I am not sure since the T3 can be ordered with a .42 a/r exhaust housing and the T28 comes with a .42 a/r comprssor housing.

Hard to see the picture but that looks like a T25 exhaust flange and could be a T28 journal bearing turbo.

Looks used to me, even has a coolant fitting on it.
