Default Gaps In Front End

Hey guys,
I realize i dont have any picks up but its dark outside right now.

I have a funny looking gap between the top of the head lights (specificly more under the amber peice) and a pencil eraser gap between the bottom of the grill (hood) and the bumper.I really noticed how ugly my gaps really are everytime i look at them. Im thinking that when i taped a mound of snow a couple of weeks ago i must have bent the bumper down a litte and threw off some of the gaps.

Any body got an idea about how to fix these gaps? Im thinking that the bumper needs to be taken off and have the lips that attach it to the rest of the car worked back into shape. For the Headlight gap i am not sure what to do. Where are the headlights attached? Are the Headlights attached to the bottom bumper?...Cause if they are then i only have to fix the one front bumper.
