I am fairly sure you would take him by like maybe 2 cars. I say get the G2 as a base and then do a full build on the internals. I have read on AZ that you can convert the 2.8 to 6 bolt (i just edited that idk why i said port i meant bolt haha) mains so I would do that and find some forged rods and pistons. I also read that the 2.7t is like the same block minus some oil passages so you could probably manage to get forged pistons that are made for an overbored 2.7t to fit in your 2.8 just need to have a machine shop that knows what there doing match the cylinder bore to the pistons. Build the heads to hold up to like 8k then go full stand alone! I think its possible that even w/ the G2 you could get to 400hp but then again that might be pushing the G2 a little too hard. Oh but the first step would be get a lottery ticket and win the lottery haha.

^ From what I've read, 2.7T internals will not fit a 2.8. Also I would keep your stock heads as they already flow a little better than the 2.7 heads, just upgrade the studs and get a valve job w/ roller rockers and all that nice ****. I talked to an Audi tech I have a night class with and he said the best place to get good internals is straight from Germany, but other than that it's said to be pretty much impossible to build decent power on a 2.8. Brush up on your German and good luck!
