Video is pointless since just the fluid in the filter is going to cause a resistance when trying to blow thru it. Have to understand that your pump is forcing fluid thru it at high pressure not at low pressure like your mouth. You can blow thru the new filter with ease because there is nothing in it to cause a resistance, put fluid in it and then you will get the same resistance you got with the old filter.

mine had 180k on it when i changed it. i couldnt blow through it at all

i am about to change mine on my 1999 2.8 30v do you guys know where exactly it is located? lol

it is convienently ON your gas tank. you have to unbolt the tank, pry it down, then you need a 10mm tripple square bit (not torx) to get it off

so its in the trunk where the fuel level sending unit and fuel pump is?
edit: nvm i found a diy on autozones website.
