so i just replaced my rear drivers side bearing last week, not to bad of a procedure. i looked at the tech article on audiworld for the front, seems almost exactly the same so im not worried about the actual labor part. my question lies on what one to get. i got a timken from autozone for the rear, but they want 200$ for the front one. eff that. ecs has genuine audi for 125 but i found this other one for forty by the name of, no lie, a company called ***. http://www.autohausaz.com/search/pro...@Wheel Bearing. do you think this *** one will be worth it or should i go for the audi. and also, what the hell would i need a wheel bearning "kit" for? your not supposed to reuse certain bolts?
