I like that you kept the grille... nice work on the trans cooler too.

It shouldn't. Wear like that is an indication of out-of-spec toe. If the raised-toe adjustment was not done properly (or at all), a printout will show in-spec unladen toe, but the unevenly worn tires will show otherwise. If it wasn't done at an Audi dealer or a specialist, the adjustment probably wasn't even checked.

Tires don't wear due to understeer. Tires do roll onto the side walls during heavy cornering, but they will scrub on the outsides, not the insides.

Put it this way: Audi raised-toe adjustment can be a pain in the *****. I've seen many an A4 go without a proper raised-toe measurement and adjustment.

...But we're way off topic here. Maybe I'm just jealous of your PC-16 K04 setup.

yeah, they were wearing unevenly ever since I did my suspension (2" drop)...the tires have been on the car since may, so they have about 4+ months of uneven wear on them,so a month ago I took it to an audi specialist and got an all wheel alignment....but the tires were already unevenly worn, so they aren't planning on fixing themselves, but they are now wearing a whole lot better....

and you won't have to be jealous until ups gets here with my fpr so that I can actually run pc-16....right now I am on a ko3 chip, so, I havn't even felt real ko4 power as of yet...
