depends on the core, your piping and your front bumper. yes the air entering the engine will give oyu more power but it can vary between 5-12 hp i believe. if your core is too big for your turbo you'll be setback though. tooextreme just like big things lol

lets see some pics of the new fmic and bumper!!!!
10 psi is normal to see while still stock....I see 12-13 on occasion, right gear at the right time sorta thing...
sounds like you had a boost leak and now you dont!
what size piping are you running?...what kit did you end up with?
when do you get a speed tuning chip with speed?

the turbo outlet pipe is literally just shoved in there, its a garden hose and didnt really fit and takes a lot more the 10lbs to pop it out its really a temp fix, cause i already wanna upgrade all the IC piping to 2" anyways. do you think this is a bad idea if its holding anyway?? im pretty sure thats the only reason im running 10lbs right now anyway. as soon as i get the money for the next round of tuning im gunna upgrade the IC piping and re-chip thecar so by then ill figure out the right way to connect the outlet to the DV.
as far as the other questions, its a godspeed core and i bought the kit off ebay. i forget the actual size of the core, but its not that big, and it has 2" outlets, with 1.5" piping, which will b switched soon. there were tons of them on ebay and i think it was about $200 +shipping. im not exactly sure. it was really easy to install once i found a place to mount it. i wont have pics for a while though sorry, and i ended up cuttin out most of the bumper support, which i later found out i didint need to cut out half as much as i did but w/e. i feel a big difference in the response of the car, but again, i went from boosting about 4lbs, to 10lbs, just cause of the hose i used i think, so im not sure how much of a difference it is if i were to be running the same boost.

looks nice, but unless you are planning on going with something more substantial than a Ko3, I would say that you probably shouldn't send that much $ on a fmic
do what mjost everyone else on here does...
buy a godspeed core from ebay
you can get nice piping from 034 or you can piece together piping on ebay
some silicone reinforced hose
and some real nice T-clamps
although this can be done for as little as 150$
I plan on spending about 350$...and I will also be welding/fabbing my own custom piping w/a DV outlet...basically the less T-clamps and hose the less chance of a boost leak!
