Did you contact the people you bought the FMIC from to see why your cold side IC pipe did not have the flange on it?

42 Draft design sells one http://www.42draftdesigns.com/catego...apflanges.html

I had the same issue. I ended up ordering a MAP sensor flange of Ebay for like $6 shipped. Its rounded so it will fit the pipes curve. At this point, you can go about it two ways. You can find someone that can weld aluminum (assuming that's what your pipes are) and have the flange welded in, or you can do what I did. I don't have any welders in my area that I trust, so I used JBWeld and RTV. What I did was drill the holes out so the sensor fit nice and snug. Then, I used RTV to make the initial contact bead, then used JB Weld around that. On the outside, I used JB Weld to make the seal. If you have patience and take your time, it can look well done. I haven't had one problem, no codes, cracking, or anything else like that. I'm running a 17psi set-up. Here's a picture of the finished product. Sorry is all dirty, but you can get the idea.
