Default Flasher relay help

I need help on how to replace the flasher relay on my 2001 A4. The turn signals all of a sudden stopped working , but no fuse is blown and all the bulbs are not burnt. Please help.

Use the search function. Also www.audidiy.com has a tutorial. Since I am nice I will give you the links.

Although it looks like the images have been deleted unfortunately. Guess were gonna need a new tutorial w/ images hosted here on Audiforums. Basically you just have to remove the top trim piece around the hazard by popping it off and then pulling out the relay and plugging in the new one. That's if I am understanding correctly.

That's correct - the relay is built into the flasher button. Replace it and you're good to go. Also, to the original poster, go to your User Control Panel on the forum here, and make a signature with the year/model/transmission/engine of your car - it'll help a lot in the future (ie, 98 1.8Tqm for that year and engine, with quattro and a manual trans). It will save everyone a lot of hassle and repetitive questions, since from year to year and drivetrain to drivetrain, there are specific parts and processes that don't correlate with other types of drivetrains/years/engines/etc.
