Now this is only saying cylinder 1 and cylinder 4. Does that mean I can just replace two single coil packs? Btw thanks turbo kraut. so far your my only help ha!
I found these two links. Which is better, the "R" or the "E"?

i think the r's are the new coils that the dealer is selling, and giving us newer b5's per the recall

i can't be positive, but i was having a lean issue, changed my alternator and it went away, reason i bring it up, is one of your codes is low voltage issue, i never had that, but it might be related to the lean

i would pm mike hood your codes, and pick his brain

try swapping the coils from 1 and 3 to 2 and 4, respectively. If the misfires follow the packs, you know they're junk. Did you call the dealer and ask about the coilpack recall?

I read about switching the coils around and seeing if it continued but haven't tried it yet. I haven't called yet cause I can't find any recall for my year on them, but I'm thinking of just going their a arguing until I do.

Switched coils but once I did the car was like undrivable so now Im down to whether its my coils, my injectors being clogged orrrrr my electrical harness that connect to all my coils. Oh and now 1,2, and 4 are misfiring but are all random but usually occur between 3-4 rpm. Clues?

well this just happened to my 2.8. like exactly. and it was the coil pack. i think that is a good place to start... maybe you should check your plug wires and be sure they are all looking alright. when my coil pack screwed up it messed up a plug wire too.

Yeah we were looking into the coils but supposivley the ATW engine code ones are the best that Audi made for the B5 but then again it could be. Where did you get your wire harness from?
